We have booked airconditioned rooms with queen size beds and en-suite bathrooms. Small kitchenette with tea and coffee making facilities, microwave oven, fridge and small dining area.

No smoking is allowed inside the units but everywhere outside.

Safe parking close to your unit.

A Cash Bar will not be available - a selection of drinks will be available as communicated individually. Should you wish to bring something in particular, you are more than welcome to bring it with.

Dress up, dress down - it is up to you as long as you are comfortable! Keep in mind that it is an outdoor bushveld venue and we are planning a very laid-back event. We are dressing up but only as it is a great photo opportunity and we want to capture the best moments.
